How to choose a stringing machine
Badminton only or both sports?
If you string badminton frames only, an X5 / D50 / S101plus with badminton-specific clamps is enough. If you also string tennis, choose a dual-use model such as X7, D80 or S10plus.
How much volume justifies a machine?
A shop stringing a few frames a week can work with a manual machine; anything above roughly ten frames a week makes an electronic machine with automatic braking and repeatable tension the practical choice.
What actually differs between models?
Clamp type (rising ball clamp vs standard), clamping system (down-press vs parallel), mounting points (two-point vs six-point), lift mechanism and voltage configuration. These determine repeatability, not the brand name.
What is included in the price?
Prices are quoted per model and configuration; accessories and spare clamps are quoted separately. Ask for a full configuration and price list.
